  It is our commitment to provide you with the best value at the best price. We value your business and strive to keep our prices low, and SAVE you money! Simply put, we are human. We go through great lengths to send exactly what is asked for, so mistakes rarely happen. If we do make a mistake, we will fix it at no cost to you.

Vapor Select proudly provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on eLiquid*. If you find your eLiquid is not up to your standards, we will gladly replace or exchange any item you are not happy with that is under warranty. Any and all errors on our part will be made right, but keep in mind that rush orders may not have had time to properly age and we reserve the right to delay returns when this is a likely issue. If an item needs to be returned or exchanged please let us know via email, phone or mail. We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm that the item is under warranty. The item(s) will then need to be mailed back to us. Once we receive the item(s) we will then ship your new item(s) back to you at our cost. If an item needs to be returned, please follow the same steps as above and once we receive the returned item(s) we will process your refund within 24-48 hours minus a 20% restocking fee if we determine that there is no issue with the product.
*We unfortunately are not able to replace open or used bottles under normal circumstances. Because we use no dyes to control color and different batches of flavoring concentrates may have slight color variations for several complicated reasons, color is not a valid reason for returning an item.
