2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|Vapor Lounge proudly provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and warranty on all E-Cigs and their parts*. If you find your E-Cig is not up to your standards, we will gladly replace or exchange any item you are not happy with that is under warranty. We cannot return or exchange V-Lixir. If an item needs to be returned or exchanged please let us know via email, phone or mail. We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm that the item is under warranty. The item(s) will then need to be mailed back to us. Once we receive the item(s) we will then ship your new item(s) back to you at our cost. If an item needs to be returned, please follow the same steps as above and once we receive the returned item(s) we will process your refund within 24-48 hour minus a 20% restocking fee.
*We unfortunately are not able to provide a warranty for Disposable E-Cigs, Low Resistant Atomizers, Cartomizers and V-Lixir due to the nature of these products.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
